Google Yourself
So, the other day I might have googled myself. I know, kinda weird. But my friend Karly told me she found something interesting on the web when she googled herself; something that she never even knew existed, so I thought I'd see what I could find on myself. As I started scrolling I found the usual: my Canada Winnipeg Mission site, linkedin profile, facebook page, blog, Dana Point Turket Trot race time (not too proud of that one), etc...

My name is pretty common. The only thing I found that was actually me was a record of money I contributed to the Mitt Romney campaign... something I've VERY proud of. :)

That is awesome--I love it! That pic is absolutely beautiful, too, so major props there. I have Googled myself before, but can you even IMAGINE how many "Laura Thompson" chiquitas are out there? One is a broadway star who was in Wicked, so it's not all bad. Other than that, I just get articles on some awards and competitions I won at BYU and that's about it.
