Google Yourself

So, the other day I might have googled myself. I know, kinda weird. But my friend Karly told me she found something interesting on the web when she googled herself; something that she never even knew existed, so I thought I'd see what I could find on myself. As I started scrolling I found the usual: my Canada Winnipeg Mission site, linkedin profile, facebook page, blog, Dana Point Turket Trot race time (not too proud of that one), etc...

But then I came across the site for the Mesa Arizona Temple with my name listed in the description. Why? Well, several months ago while visiting my sister and brother in Arizona, we went to the temple and after a session I took a few shots that turned out awesome. So, I submitted one to the church and until now, had no idea they were added to the Mesa Arizona Temple website. Cool, huh! Click HERE to see my photo with credit to my name and everything! Just scroll down and it's the 8th picture on the left. Then try googling your name. You might be surprised at what you find.

That's awesome, Aubrey! Gorgeous shot!

It's boring when I google myself - all that comes up are tons of news articles I've written over the years. *yawn!*

Aubs, that is SERIOUSLY cool! Think of how many computers out there have YOUR artwork on their screens!!!!

And there's a little person/midget (I never know the PC term) actress out there named Meredith Eaton so...I'm basically buried under her accolades. Miles and miles underneath.

LOVE YOU.

How fun for you!

My name is pretty common. The only thing I found that was actually me was a record of money I contributed to the Mitt Romney campaign... something I've VERY proud of. :)

I always knew you were awesome! Great photo!
I'm no where in the google world - am I doing something wrong? Or am I just anonymously living in this world?...either way - fine with me...

That is awesome--I love it! That pic is absolutely beautiful, too, so major props there. I have Googled myself before, but can you even IMAGINE how many "Laura Thompson" chiquitas are out there? One is a broadway star who was in Wicked, so it's not all bad. Other than that, I just get articles on some awards and competitions I won at BYU and that's about it.
