Sorry to hear about your recent eyelash struggles. You'll be happy to know that we get new eyelashes every 8 weeks so your eyes will be back to normal soon. In the meantime, you might want to try a lash conditioner or lash treatment. Paula Dorf (you can get at Pure Beauty or on Beauty.com) has a great lash condition. Also, Shu Uemura makes a lash repair that you wear on your lashes over night. Both are meant to make the lashes look better overall, but they would also probably help with your current problems. Buy the Shu Uemura one. I don't think you need both! I think they should have a counter at South Coast.
