Mesa Arizona Temple

I'm home! No time to blog now, but wanted to share this awesome picture of the Mesa Arizona temple. I love the way it glows! My sister, her husband, and I were able to do a session Friday night and then walked around the grounds for some quick pictures. The Mesa temple is definitely up there on my list of favorites.

More pictures of the trip soon to follow...

Aubrey -- are you aware that your Grandpa Gerry and I lived in Mesa when your mom was just a wee baby? We loved the Temple, too. Also, it is the first Temple I did Baptisms in when I was 14 years old. We took a bus from Santa Monica -- there was no Los Angeles Temple back then! Ah! Memories. I agree, that is a beautiful picture.

The temple takes personality through the illumination which seemingly brings vivacity to the veins in the pillars. What great personification of what the temple is, a light through dark.
