I've always wanted to get married on 08.08.08. The symbolism of these numbers has intrigued me for years. The number zero is a complete circle. A circle symbolizes eternity. "...All things can be circumscribed into one eternal round." Hence, eternal marriage. The number 8 when placed on its side is the universal symbol for infinity. Or in other words, infinite, endless, eternal. Wouldn't it have been neat to say I got married in the Holy Temple of the Lord for "time and all eternity" on 08.08.08, a day that symbolizes forever! Makes me a little sad it didn't happened. Maybe I can shoot for 08.08.80. I'll be 98. Perfect.

You are so funny! I love reading your blog! I'm sure it will happen much sooner than 08/08/80!
I ditto the above comment...you make me laugh! I am sure you will get married before o8/08/80, but it will still be for eternity regardless the date! ;)
hahahahaha!!!
Good goal Aubrey!
love the ring choice!
Again, your posts always make me laugh! You will most definately be married before you are 98. I have no crystal ball, but I CAN promise you that ;)
You should have let me know about this before 08/08/08...
Very interesting about the "numerology" and significance of 08-08-08! It just happened to by our 9th Anniversary! We were married on 08-08-99 and chose that date for a significant purpose. I like your analogy of eternity in all of those significant numbers. Our lives, after all, are eternal and 08-08-08 was a blessed day for us.

How about 11/11/11?
