It was the afternoon of my Mum's 50th birthday. She was getting so upset that my dad was late coming home from work. Little did she know Dad was at the airport picking up the best birthday surprise ever: my little sister Jacki and baby Dallen. Hooray!
While pacing the hall, waiting for Dad to get home, the doorbell rang. We all giggled from the kitchen as we heard her approach the stranger behind the glass. She called out "Oh, cute! It's someone with a baby." As the door swung open, there was Jacki, holding Little D in her arms as she shouted "Surprise! Happy Birthday Mom!" We all hurried to the door to see the look on her face. Absolutely priceless.
It was so fun having Little Dallen in town all weekend. We got to take him to the beach, shopping at the Spectrum, and even my parent's pool for the first time. He is such a little water baby. He did NOT want to get out of the water for his nap. I wish we could've let him play for hours. Isn't he absolutely adorable! After swimtime he hung out with our doggie Kasey, aka Pooh Bear. I'm sad I wasn't there to witness it, but apparently he was just lovin on that chubby little puppy. So glad Jax snapped a few pics for me to oogle over. I'm so proud of our little Pooh Bear for putting up with Dallen. Shiba Inu's (that's the kind of dog she is...I know...I'd never heard of it before either) are supposed to be naturally standoff-ish, but we've trained her to let us throw ourselves all over her. She's a good little dog, that Pooh Bear. Fat. But good.
It was sad saying goodbye, but I'm so excited to go out to Arizona for Easter weekend to see this little guy again. I love his squishy cheeks and open-mouth kisses. I'm pretty sure I'm the luckiest Auntie in the whole world. See you soon Little D!

Crepes & Cumpleanos
I'm now 27!!! In case you didn't know, that's kinda OLD for Mormon single girls. Anyway, we decided to celebrate the occasion with a little Crepes and Cumpleanos party, in honor of my return from Paris. We had homemade crepes, fresh strawberries, whipped cream, Nutella, and all the fixings. A few of us, including myself, even dressed up. Why not!!! We even set the mood with a little French music and a bouquet of baguettes. Because...zat's how zee French do it. Wee wee! Happy Birthday to me!

Adventures in London & Paris
To fully appreciate the story of my trip to London, you must know this. Seven months ago my dear friend Kevin Kraus moved away to London to pursue his graduate degree at the London School of Economics. Before he left, he made me promise that I would come to visit him. Well, I've always been a woman of my word, so when I found an amazing deal on Travelzoo's Top 20 Weekly Travel Deals, I booked it!
As word spread about this incredible deal, friends started joining in left and right, and before I knew it, we had a group of nine European travelers: Emily Hatch, Erin Elton, Erin Hawley, Lindsey Anderson, Megan Hanstad, Lance Johnson, Michael Santiago, Clinton Felsted, and ME! We packed our bags and off we went. And so the story begins . . .
DAY ONE: London
We arrived at the London Heathrow airport at about 10am, not so bright eyed and bushy tailed, but excited nonetheless. The day was gorgeous! Scattered clouds, rays of sun, and a cool 62 degrees fahrenheit. We hopped on a train into town and quickly figured out the tubes (the London form of the subway). First stop, find Kevin! We met up with Kevin at our hotel for an emotional reunion and then ditched our things to begin our exploration of the city. He didn't know it then, but Kevin would become our local tour guide for the next three days.
We began at the Westminster Bridge, home of Big Ben and Parliament. What a spectacular sight! From there we moved on to Westminster Abbey where Princess Diana was married, then Buckingham Palace, a walk through the park, the British Museum, the Walking Bridge, and then to the London Eye for our sunset tour of the city. The view was absolutely incredible. We finished up the night with dinner at Wagamama, a popular Asian bench-dining restaurant, followed by a delicious treat at Haagen Dazs in Leicester Square. The perfect ending to the perfect first day in London.

DAY TWO: London
Day two began early at the Marble Arch in the center of town where the plan was to meet up for breakfast and a Double Decker Bus Tour. Unfortunately, half of the group slept in and the other half was ready to go. So, we went ahead without the whole crew and toured the city via the big red bus. We stopped at Leicester Square (pronounced Lester) for a quick look at the theater shows playing and bought ourselves tickets to see Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat later that night.
We hopped back on the bus and saw a few more interesting landmarks and then hopped off again to take a walk through St. Paul's Cathedral. This was probably my favorite place in London. The architecture was inspiring and the detail was impeccable. It's a must see in London. We made our way to the top of the dome and had another incredible areal view of the city.
Later that night we changed into something a little nicer and made our way across town again for dinner and a show. We rushed through some delicious Indian food (best I've ever had) and then ran off to the theater just in time for our 5th row seats. Amazing! The show was fun and entertaining and I quite enjoyed the english accents! We topped off the night with a little dancing back in Leicester Square at Oxygen where we danced until our feet fell off. Kevin was such a gentleman for accompanying the ladies all night.

DAY THREE: London
Saturday morning the jet-lag hit hard! This time our half of the group slept in a little and were late meeting up with the rest of the group. Typical. After weighing our options we decided to follow the rest of the group out to Notting Hill and do a little shopping out on Portobello Road. After a good hour of fighting the crowds we made our way off Portobello Road and onto the ritzy streets of Notting Hill. What a beautiful little part of town. I fell in love!
After our jaunt through Notting Hill we made our way to the last site on our list, The Tower of London. I was absolutely mystified by this place. Probably my second favorite destination in London. It's where Anne Boleyn, mistress of King Henry VIII was held in jail and later beheaded. In case you don't know me well, I'm obsessed with the Boleyn girls.
Tower of London is also home to so much British History and tales of courageous heroes and cowardess villains of earlier days. It was truly fascinating. We were even able to see the Queen's Crown Jewels. Wowzers! Talk about incredible! Before heading off to dinner we made one last stop on the Tower Bridge for a pic, and mostly to say, "We were there!"
With all our sightseeing of London done, we met up with some of Erin Hawley's friends from NYC who had recently moved to London. They took us to a hot spot in town called Wahaca's, a Mexican inspired restaurant with street tacos and other delicious dishes. After dinner we found our way back to our 5-star hotel that Clinton booked us for the night. We were in heaven! Erin and I decided to get in our swimsuits and soak in the bubble bath for awhile. Best idea ever!

DAY FOUR: Paris
Day Four came VERY early. We were up at 5:30am to catch the Chunnel, a train that travels under the English Channel, to take us to the City of Lights! When we arrived we decided to ditch the metro and take a mercedes to our hotel. Afterall, we were in Paris! The 15 minute drive to the hotel was gorgeous. I was trying to take everything in as we passed old buildings with doors and shutters just like those in my favorite photographs. There were men riding bicycles to work and women carrying baguettes back to their homes. It was everything I hoped it would be and more!
After checking into another gorgeous 5-star hotel (thanks again Clinton!), we figured out the metro (Paris' version of the subway), and found our way to the Champs Elysees. We decided to stop for a quick bite to eat where we could practice the little bit of french we knew. "Je voudrais crepe au jambon et au fromage." And a delicious ham and cheese crepe it was!
With our bellies full we hit the streets for some sightseeing. First stop: Arch de Triomphe. We went to the top where we all saw the Eiffel Tower for the first time. Amazing! Next we caught word that a friend of a friend from France wanted to meet up with us and take us around the city. His name was Jean-Baptiste Pierre Duprieu, and he was a beautiful beautiful man. He met us at the Louvre and we snapped a few quick pictures outside because we knew we'd be coming back in the morning, and then headed over for Sunday Mass at Notre Dame. Did you know it's located on an island? Who knew!
The cathedral is amazing. We stayed long enough to hear some of their worship services. It was neat to have Jean-Baptiste there, because before he became LDS 2 years prior, he was a devout Catholic, and was able to tell us some of what was going on. Fascinating! After Notre Dame we stopped for another crepe, this time with Nutella, strawberries, and bananas. YUM!
As the sun began to set we started to make our way over to the Eiffel Tower where we would be greeted with the most exciting surprise of the trip. As we came out of the metro tunnel and looked up all the girls started screaming with excitement! There it was, the Eiffel Tower, sparkling blue in all it's glory. How come no one told me it sparkles at night? I don't mean all lit up, but actually twinkles and sparkles!!! I was in LOVE!
After taking a bajillion pictures we decided that we'd enjoy a nice meal in a ritzy part of town. As we passed the Chanel headquarters my excitement stirred. Jean-Baptiste took us to the most elegant dinner where we enjoyed sparkling water, baquettes and butter (must be said with a french accent) and delicate meals prepared only the way the french could do it. I was in heaven!

DAY FIVE: Paris
Our last day in Paris was probably the best day of the entire trip (minus that my camera mysteriously disappeared that day!) It was Emily's 27th birthday and we celebrated with a little breakfast of pastries at the Louvre. We sang her happy birthday and then she opened her present, a book called "I Like You" made by the one and only Shauna Lewis. It was filled with things we all "liked" about Emily. It was definitely a great way to start off her day.
The Louvre was absolutely incredible. We could've spent hours upon hours there, but we gave ourselves a time limit since our stay in the city was short. Of course we saw the Mona Lisa and a few other famous paintings and scultpures, but I think what I loved most was seeing Napolean III's Apartment. If you go to the Louvre, you must see it! It's absolutely unbelievable!
After a few hours of relishing in the world's art and history, we grabbed a few more crepes (yes, thats all I ate there!) and Jean-Baptiste took us up near the Moulin Rouge to a place called Montmartre where we were able to see the Sacre Coeur, a gorgeous cathedral set atop the city's highest point. The view was unreal!
A few more pictures and another crepe or two later, we found ourselves wandering the streets of Paris again when Jean-Baptiste said "Hey, here's our church, do you guys wanna see?" We were so excited. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is not very well known in the city and membership is very small. There is only one ward in the entire city and they occupy the bottom floor of a very inconspicuous building in the middle of town. It was neat to walk the grounds and feel the faith of the saints who worship there.
As the day in Paris quickly came to an end, we stopped in a corner cafe for some dinner and of course, baguettes. As we said our goodbyes to Jean-Baptiste, we thanked him for his hospitality in showing us around the city and making our trip so memorable. He told us he'd be moving to NYC in a few weeks and we all promised to visit. Who knows, maybe he'll even make his way out to Orange County this summer. We could be HIS tour guides!

I must say, it was the perfect trip (despite the camera tragedy). Perfect weather, perfect company, perfect cities. I miss London and Paris already! I still can't believe I was really at all these beautiful places and experienced all these amazing new things. I can't wait to go back and see more and explore the rest of Europe. Next on my list: Italy and Greece!

London & Paris Preview
I'm HOME and missing London and Paris more than I ever thought I could. I loved it. I absolutely loved it. Of course I knew I would. I have so many stories to tell which you'll have to stay tuned for. Unfortunately I won't have many pictures to go along with them. My camera was lost/stolen on the last day of my trip in Paris. TRAGEDY! I had myself a good cry, but no sense in being sad about it since the tears won't bring it back. So, it goes without saying that I have NO pictures from my trip to Europe. Only memories in my mind. And I'm okay with that. I guess I can look on the bright side of this though. I was with 9 other people who took pictures (not many of me) to help me remember my amazing trip. I hope to share them as soon as I can get my hands on them. Lance, if you're reading this...upload your pics to photobucket please. The people are waiting!!!

Happy 50th Birthday Mom!!!
Dear Mom,I'm probably gonna get myself in trouble for announcing how old you are to the blogging world, but honestly, you don't look a day over 30. You know it's true! I love when we go shopping together and the employees ask "Do you and your sister want to share a dressing room?" How many mom's can say they pass for their daughter's sister? Not many!
I hope you know how much I love, appreciate, and honor you. You have become one of my best friends over the years and I love that we share a love for so many of the same things: Anthropologie, Interior Design, hydrangeas, sewing, brownie batter, coffee table books, the piano, one-piece swimsuits, Shiba Inus, water with lemon. Haha! I really do love even the little things.
I wish you a very happy birthday today and hope that you feel loved by all those around you. I am so lucky to have such a beautiful, talented, and caring mother like you. Happy Birthday Mom! I love you!
Love,
Aubrey

Au Revoir . . .
Today's the big day! My bags are packed and I'm ready to fly to Europe. At 4pm nine of my friends and I will be boarding a non-stop flight to the UK for a week long adventure in London and Paris. I am absolutely beside myself with excitement!!! I booked the trip to celebrate my birthday and just before we left my sister wanted to send me a little something. This is what she surprised me with: a gorgeous french-inspired homemade card with the cutest little Eiffel Tower earrings poked right through the front. What a seriously thoughtful gift Jacki Lynn. I absolutely love them and am so excited to wear them as I stand atop the Eiffel Tower. I'll be thinking of you! Well friends, I guess this is it. See you all when I get back. Au Revoir.

Monday Night Withdrawls
I hate that I don't have a good excuse to get together with my girlfriends on Monday nights for mocktails and trashy episodes of The Bachelor. Truth be told, it was never really about the show, it was about the quality time I got to spend with these ladies. Okay, maybe it was a little bit about the show, but mostly these ladies. Okay, maybe it was half the show, and half these ladies. I miss you girls and my Monday nights!!!

Rascal Flatts Concert
This weekend my girls and I hit up the Jessica Simpon and Rascal Flatts concert at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Irvine. It was an awesome show, minus Jessica Simpson's mess-ups. She ACTUALLY asked that they restart the music TWICE! For reals? Come on Jess, that's embarrassing! Especially since it was the last show of the tour. Regardless, Rascal Flatts put on a great show! We sang along to all of our favorite songs, crooned over the dreamy Joedon, and admired the incredible stage set-up. It was awesome! Check out some of our fun pics. Yeehaaa!

Dana Wharf Whale Watching
Tuesday morning my roommate Katie, her nephew Josh, and his girlfriend Erica joined me for a day at sea aboard the Dana Wharf for a whale watching adventure. At 10am we set sail from the Dana Point Harbor and not 20 minutes into our voyage, came across a momma grey whale, her baby calf, and the midwife (who knew whales had midwives).
They sure were playful little creatures! We followed them along the Laguna Coast as they passed by 3 Arch, 9th, Thousand Steps, Table Rock, and clear up to Aliso Creek. It was definitely a fun little adventure and I highly recommend you head out on a Tuesday so you can enjoy their Tuesday 1/2 price special. Only $14.50! Now that's what I'm talkin' about!

And what would a great whale watching post be without a funny whale joke? If those pictures didn't make you smile, this joke sure will:
A little girl was talking to her teacher about whales. The teacher said it was physically impossible for a whale to swallow a human because even though it was a very large mammal its throat was very small.
The little girl stated that Jonah was swallowed by a whale. Irritated, the teacher reiterated that a whale could not swallow a human; it was physically impossible.
The little girl said, "When I get to heaven I will ask Jonah". The teacher asked, "What if Jonah went to hell?" The little girl replied, "Then you ask him."

"It's Just Lunch!"
I am pretty much obsessed with our new San Clemente 5th ward bishopric. They're fun, hip, and absolutely hilarious. Two weeks ago we had the most amazingly ridiculous Family Home Evening dialogue between the members of the bishopric and their gorgeous wives. The men played the part of young members of a Singles Ward trying to win a date with several of the single ladies in the ward.
As they role played it was obvious that one of the guys, who had just taken out the cutest girl in the ward, was having second thoughts and wanted to take out her roommate instead. Of course a roar of laughter ensued, leading us to discuss the idea of what it means to be a "player" vs. "dating around." We all agreed there's nothing wrong with the roommate switch. Right Alice? Haha!
After the men were done being tortured, they began poking fun at the behavior of so many women in the singles scene. In the skit, one of the girls calls up her mother and starts gushing about this boy that just took her out to lunch. Together the mother and daughter start plotting potential wedding dates and how it would be the perfect amount of time to date for 4 months, get engaged, and have a late summer wedding. We were all in tears and belly laughs!
It was then that the concept of "It's just lunch!" was introduced. Our witty bishopric and their wives used the humor of their skit to encourage us all to consider the non-threatening, more casual concept of "the lunch date." At the end of the discussion we all agreed that it was a great idea and that we'd all start going on more lunch dates because hey, "It's just lunch!"
For the last few weeks, members of our singles ward have been lunch dating up a storm and on Sunday when one of the members of the bishopric got up to conduct the sacrament meeting, he was wearing a small pin that read "I Did Lunch," attached to his left lapel. He quickly explained that the coming Monday night at FHE, the first round of "I Did Lunch" pins would be passed out for all those who went on lunch dates since our last lesson. How classic is that?
When we arrived Monday night at FHE we all learned that for each lunch, dinner, or even breakfast date we went on in the month of March, we would qualify for an "I Did Lunch" pin. (Multiple dates with the same person count only once.) The person with the most pins at the end of the month would win the contest. So with that being said, I received my first pin Monday night and am gladly accepting lunch dates for the entire month of March. Let the games begin!

The Glenneyre Street Parade
When I arrived at the flower shop Saturday morning I was stunned to find hundreds and hundreds of LB residents lined up and down the streets, sitting in their lawn chairs and gearing up for something special. Apparently there was to be some sort of parade running along Glenneyre Street, right in from of our Laguna Beach shop. Great for business, bad for parking! Anyway, I had a sweet little experience while at work that I thought I'd just jot down for memories sake. Okay, storytime...
While the crowds paraded noisily through the streets of Laguna, I watched anxiously from the window, when suddenly a little girl, maybe nine or ten, came wandering into the store. She greeted me with her bright eyes and a braces-filled smile and then proceeded to smell each and every flower, one by one, careful to inhale each intoxicating aroma. With every breath she'd sigh a fulfilled "Awwwweee." I watched her as this went on for about a minute or two, until each flower had been good and snuffed.
Then, with complete confidence she walked right up to me and announced "I'm Ashley, what's your name?" I smiled and replied, "I'm Aubrey. It's a pleasure to meet you Ashley." She extended the same salutation and proceeded to tell me about how my little flower shop used to be her uncle's real estate office, and about how she has 3 sisters and 2 brothers, and that she lives with her mom in Laguna Beach, and just about everything else she could think of. After visiting for another few minutes I handed her a lady bug sticker and she thanked me for talking with her. I watched as she disappeared back into the crowds and thought to myself "What an interesting little girl. Cute too!"
Some time passed and I worked on a few arrangements, took some orders, and watched the parade from the window, when something startled me from behind. It was Ashley again! This time she asked if I needed any help around the store. To be honest, by that time I didn't have much left on my to-do-list, but quickly whipped up something that she and I could do together. While we worked on our project we got to know each other a bit more and I asked her "So, what was your favorite part of the parade?" With a mouth full of metal she smiled and said "Working in the flower shop with YOU!" My heart melted.
"Really?" I replied? "Your favorite part of the parade was working with ME?" I was touched! It was just then that her mother walked into the flower shop and thanked me profusely for allowing her daughter to work on a few arrangements with me. She told me of Ashley's grandmother and how many many years ago she was a florist and that her daughter had always wanted to follow in her footsteps. She then took out her camera and asked if I wouldn't mind taking a picture with Ashley to send to her grandma. After a few cute pics Ashley and I said our goodbyes, but before they could leave, I sent them away with a beautiful red rose and told Ashley she could come back to help me out anytime! As they left the store, Ashley turned around to flash one more toothy grin, and then she and her rose skipped away down the sidewalk. The End.

"Let's Go Dolphins! Let's Go!"
It's that time of year again. It's Lacrosse season in Southern California! My little brother Scotty is on the team again so this weekend I decided to show my support and go to his first home game, or was it to escape the singles scene for a night? Either way, it was great to watch Dana do what they do best. Dominate! I love you #16! It's always fun to sit in the stands of your old Alma Mater and look out over the field where you spent so many hours of your High School life. No! I wasn't a cheerleader. Gosh! No offence Alice. Anyway, it was a double whammy of an evening. I got to watch my brother kick some serious lacrosse butt and also wish my fabulous Grandpa Messick, who sat in the stands sippin' hot chocolate with me, a very happy birthday! He's the coolest Grandpa EVER!!!

Best of Both Worlds
Guess what mom? It's time to put my Interior Design degree back to good use again. The week I return from Europe I'll be starting a new job at Elizabeth Benefield, an Interior Design firm in Newport Beach. Although it's only part-time, I am thrilled and excited to be working in a field I am absolutely passionate about. The owner, Laury, is an absolute doll and loves me already. When she found out I was an Aries she about hit the ceiling. Apparently Aries are her favorite people. Lucky me! In addition to the new gig, I will still continue working as the Events & Marketing Director at the flower shop in Laguna, as well as nannying for a family a couple times a week. Wish me luck as I spread myself thin. And please, please, please, if you're ever in the Newport area on Fridays or Saturdays, be sure to stop in Elizabeth Benefield to say hello.

Vintage 80's Dancing
Since when did 80's become vintage? Wow I'm getting old. This week in preparation for another fantastic Tuesday night at Oceans, the roomies and I found the most amazing Vintage shop in Dana Point on the corner of PCH and Violet Lantern. It's called Junqies and it's full of all kinds of amazing treasures. I was pretty much obsessed with their vintage hats and made Katie take ridiculous pictures of me in all of my favorites. I think I'll come back and get one for the Del Mar races.
Besides the hats, my favorite part of the store was their $5 bargain rack and the ridiculous costume rack. I couldn't believe my eyes! That was some amazing stuff! We each came out with our own unique pieces to complete our 80's ensembles for the evening. We were quite excited to sport our new outfits. Ta-Da!!!
I'm sure you'll agree with me that Allie definitely wins with her black and white striped Esprit overalls circa 1987. Would you believe I actually had a pair of those in Elementary school? Blue and white railroad baby! And Katie, wow, I'm diggin the neon! Oh, and how about my gold sequin shorts, thank you very much! Love at first sight. Who doesn't love the 80's!

The Northern Lights
Five years ago today I set foot on Canadian soil, or should I say snow, for the first time. And on that very same night I saw the most incredible natural phenomenon I have ever seen and maybe will ever see: The Northern Lights.
They are simply spectacular. During my year and a half mission, I only saw them twice. Once that first night I arrived while driving in a blizzard from Manitoba to Saskatchewan. And the second, while driving home from a teaching appointment in rural Warroad, Minnesota.
It was truly a spiritual experience to watch the colors dance and wave across the sky. It was as if God had a paint brush and decided to paint the sky in shades of greens, pinks, purples and yellows. I hope everyone has an opportunity to see this incredibly unbelievable sight at least once in their lifetime!

THE BACHELOR: The Final Rose
WARNING: This post contains true feelings of a woman who was emotionally invested in a love story between a boy and a girl that went horribly wrong. All of the words you are about to read are real and raw. Reader discretion is advised.
Did I just watch The Bachelor or a twisted episode of Jerry Springer? For me this season started out as all harmless fun. A little drama here, a little drama there, but still all in good fun. But Monday night? That was something else! It was horribly, disgustingly, awful! If you ask me Jason can just stick that final rose where the sun don't shine! Maybe instead of saying "Melissa, will you accept this rose?" He should have said "Melissa, will you accept this rose so I can throw it at you in front of 20 million people, run it over with a semi and leave it there to shrivel and die, while simultaneously crushing your faith in love, men, and all that is good in life." Maybe he should have said that.
There are no words to describe the disgust I feel right now towards this man. The more I think about it, the more I am convinced that Jason is the douchiest douche bag of all the douche bags in the world. I am totally regretting those tears of joy I cried (yes, I cried) when Jason proposed to Melissa, put that ring on her finger, and told her "I love you. I love you. I love you. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you." Ugh! I'm so upset right now.
And don't get me wrong. I completely understand that sometimes two people can fall out of love just as easily as they fell into love, but what a way to break up with a girl on national television! Only a man whore would invite "the other girl" back onto the stage five minutes after dumping his fiance and make out with the manipulative, two-faced, home wrecker! I never did like you Molly. Jason, you're just an idiot.
Why did I even watch that filthy show for 6 weeks? I knew the internet spoilers were going to be true, but I didn't know it would be that painful to watch. All I gotta say is good for you Melissa for sticking up for yourself and not holding back when it came time to speak. He's everything you said and more. Yah, you all know what I'm talking about. And Melissa, as luck would have it, I think it's safe to say you're much better off without him.
And one last thing. Knowing that a lot of women, like me, would be seriously upset about tonight's ending, swearing they would never watch this horrible show again, I decided to read through Chris Harrison's blog and see how he was going to defend the show. Be sure to check it out because I believe the man when he talks about how he was absolutely devastated when Jason called him after the holidays to say he was going to dump Melissa and do the unthinkable and make the switch. It's worth a look.
Enough of that. I'm emotionally, mentally and physically drained. I need to go read my scriptures now for some uplifting words before I hit the pillow. See you tomorrow when I blog about the ATFR-Part II. Stay tuned.

SC5 Movie Awards
And if you have a minute, check out THIS Stop Animation Film submitted by Julie Monroe who took home quite a few awards including Best Visual Effects, Best Film Editing, Best Director, and Best Picture for her collaborative work with Trey on Fast Sunday. Talk about a good night for Julie. Way to steal the show! Oh, and stay tuned for pictures of my outfit from the night. Let's just say you're gonna think I'm such a "silly goose."
